TECHNICAL LEAD (Automotive) / DEPUTY TECHNICAL LEAD



LOCATION: Kyiv or Remote (Ukraine)

We are looking for a Technical Lead for collaboration in the field of automotive.


Duties

  • technical and organizational interface between Kyiv and Germany
  • technical responsibility for further development of our embedded automotive development team in Kyiv
  • technical responsibility for all automotive projects in Kyiv
  • technical team development and know how ramp up

Domain Experience in Automotive

  • System understanding of EE vehicle architecture & experience in handling automotive bus systems (Ethernet, CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
  • insight and knowledge in different sub-domains like interior & body, driver assistance systems, powertrain

SW-Development Experience (>5 years) for Technical Lead; (>3 years) for Deputy Technical Lead

  • Experience in embedded software development / AUTOSAR
  • Embedded C mandatory (effortless reading, understanding and writing of source code)
  • applying design patterns to solve recurring standard problems
  • Experience with several test frameworks used in embedded context ⁃ unit- and integration testing
  • Experience in requirements analysis and requirements management
  • Experience in mode-based development and code generation
  • Software architecture and design experience with good understanding of SysML / UML modelling languages
  • Experience in error analysis and bug fixing (of 3rd party code in complex ECUs)
  • Experience with build processes and environments for embedded automotive use cases (make, compilers, linker scripts, map-files)
  • Experience with regular expressions
  • Experience in reading hardware circuit diagrams

Project Management Experience

  • Experience in Automotive Software project management (with common PM-skills) (>3years)
  • Experience with fix value projects (fix price, fix scope)
  • Task planning (estimations, assignment and progress controlling)
  • Identify problems in organisational structure, processes and work products. Provide solution proposals
  • Experience with risk management, configuration and document management
  • Experience with active problem-/change management
  • Experience with acquisition and initialization of projects
  • basic understanding for commercial aspects of projects (proposals, purchasing, controlling, margin calculations)

Process Experience

  • Experience in the application of ISO26262 in ASIL projects

  • Requirement Tools (Doors)
  • ALM (e.g. CodeBeamer)
  • Experience with AUTOSAR standard and authoring tools (e.g. Vector DaVinci or EB Tresos)
  • Experience with debuggers (iSystem, Lauterbach)
  • Experience with usage and setup of static code analysis tools (PC-Lint, QA-C, SonarQube)
  • Experience with usage and setup of continuous integration platforms
